The School of Journalism and Communication of Renmin University of China held the 2020 new year's report meeting on January 14.

The new year report meeting was hosted by professor Zhou Yong, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Journalism and Communication. Hu Baijing, executive dean of the School of Journalism and Communication, made a summary report on behalf of the leadership of the school. 

In the report, Hu reviewed the school's achievements in talents training, academic research, team building, discipline construction, international exchanges and social services in 2019, and reported on the school's financial work in 2019.

Fang Jie, chairman of the Labor Union of the J-school, made a summary report of the work in 2019. She briefly reviewed the work carried out by members of the Labor Union of the J-school and representatives of the teaching congress in 2019, and extended New Year greetings to all the faculty and staff.

The J-school then sent flowers and birthday wishes to staff born in January and February.
